To keep the design teams creatively energized, I introduced a monthly design and craft workshop called Creative Fridays. These sessions fostered playful exploration and unleashed creative potential, resulting in a variety of exciting and original work. Many of our experiments became a valuable source of unique art, which the designers seamlessly integrated into their seasonal projects. Activities ranged from painting, drawing, and clay model making to screen printing, spin art, marbling, lino cutting, calligraphy, and even experimental robot art.
